This program is designed for women who are trying to conceive, or are currently pregnant and want to learn about moving safely throughout their pregnancy, and prepare for birth.
Heal with intention. Rebuild strength. Reconnect with you.
This program is designed for women who are postpartum (or nearing) and want to restore core and pelvic floor function, regain strength and feel confident moving again.
